Nutella cake
Ingredients:
- 250g butter/margerine
- 4 eggs
- 200g brown sugar
- 300g self-raising flour
- 5tbsp milk
- 6tbsp Nutella hazelnut filling
- Some hazelnuts for topping (I use almonds cause mom dont have)
Methods:
1. Beat the butter and sugar till smooth and fluffy.
2. Add in the eggs, milk and finally the flour. Beat till smooth and fluffy.
3. Grease a 22cm baking tray. Pour 2/3 of the mixure into the tray and smoothen it.
4. Scoop the Nutella and place at 6 points (1 at the center and 5 around).
5. Pour the rest of the mixture over and smoothen it. Put some crushed hazelnuts on top.
6. Bake at 180°C for 45-60 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
Dry:
- 1 3/4 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 3/4 sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used blackcurrant cause mom dont have chocolate chips *sad*)
Wet:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Methods:
1. Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a different bowl.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well.
4. Pour into muffins tray with paper cups.
5. Bake for 20 minutes on 200°C (400°F).
* Makes around 2 dozens

Kuih Batik
Ingredients:
- 200g of Milo
- half a tin of condense sweetened milk (susu pekat manis)
- 1 bar of butter
- 1 packet of Marie biscuit small (it actually depends on you whether you want more biscuit or not)
Method:
- Melt the bar of butter in a wok.
- Add in the milk and stir well.
- Add in the Milo and stir till it's glossy (kilat) like.
- Break the biscuits (not too small of pieces) and stir it in the mixture. Fold till all the biscuits are coated. Turn off the fire.
- Pour in a tray but preferably tupperware cause it wont stick so badly when you cut it.
- Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator and serve cold.

I love Chiffon cakes
she got a new chiffon mold...
which are made of silicon...
it could stand heat up to 250 degrees...
I help too...

We make this first...
but it turns out too small...
I alone could finish that...
bro is coming back with his friends...

so we make another...
by doubling the recipe...
looks like bread loaf...

No-bake Oreo Cheesecake
No-bake Oreo Cheesecake
- 2 blocks of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 can of Condense milk
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence
- Half a lemon
- Digestive biscuits (for the base)
- 1/4 block of Butter (for the base)
- And of course, OREO Biscuit!! =P
For the base:
- Melt butter and wait for it to cool.
- Smash digestive biscuit into crumbs.
- Mix melted butter into biscuits crumbs.
- Flatten a thin layer the mixture onto a pan.
- Put inside the freezer and wait for it to harden.
- Mix Philadelphia cream cheese, condense milk, vanilla essence, and lemon juice until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Crush Oreo biscuits into crumbs
- Mix Oreo crumbs into the mixture when it is thick and smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base.
- Freeze it for around 3 to 4 hours.
- Sprinkle the top with chocolate powder and serve.
- if you using McVities digestive biscuit, half a packet is enough.
- a packet of Oreo biscuit is sufficient.
- as for the butter, you have to approximate yourself depending on the digestive biscuit or other biscuit you use. mix the melted butter and biscuit till you could feel it will hold.
- when you done, put it in the freezer. remember to wrap/close it with plastic or your cake will froze. after 3 or 4 hours or till it harden, put it in the bottom fridge.

Muffins
found some simple recipes online... so we (my mom and me) tried one...
it turn out nicely but kinda tasteless... luckily there's raisin in it to make up to it...
