No-bake Oreo Cheesecake

My mom and me decided to make a no-bake Oreo cheesecake today... and it turn out fine... but a little soft... but it taste like the real one... anyway, here's the recipe if you're interested...

No-bake Oreo Cheesecake
  • 2 blocks of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can of Condense milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence
  • Half a lemon
  • Digestive biscuits (for the base)
  • 1/4 block of Butter (for the base)
  • And of course, OREO Biscuit!! =P
NOTE: You can replace digestive biscuits with any kind of biscuits you like.

For the base:
  1. Melt butter and wait for it to cool.
  2. Smash digestive biscuit into crumbs.
  3. Mix melted butter into biscuits crumbs.
  4. Flatten a thin layer the mixture onto a pan.
  5. Put inside the freezer and wait for it to harden.
For the cheesecake:
  1. Mix Philadelphia cream cheese, condense milk, vanilla essence, and lemon juice until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  2. Crush Oreo biscuits into crumbs
  3. Mix Oreo crumbs into the mixture when it is thick and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base.
  5. Freeze it for around 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Sprinkle the top with chocolate powder and serve.
The recipe is kinda not that complete... we agak-agak and came out with a conclusion...
  • if you using McVities digestive biscuit, half a packet is enough.
  • a packet of Oreo biscuit is sufficient.
  • as for the butter, you have to approximate yourself depending on the digestive biscuit or other biscuit you use. mix the melted butter and biscuit till you could feel it will hold.
  • when you done, put it in the freezer. remember to wrap/close it with plastic or your cake will froze. after 3 or 4 hours or till it harden, put it in the bottom fridge.
Here, have a piece... ;)

I uploaded a nicer picture... hehe...

P.S.: Just for your record, I did not typed the whole recipe... I copied and pasted it... it's from my sister who sent it to me... she made it before and it was nice... but she use Oreo biscuit for the base too... but take off the cream...

I hate the feeling I'm feeling...
