French toast
...with peanut butter filling... top with honey and butter...
Steps:
1. spread 2 piece of white bread with peanut butter.
2. stack the 2 piece of bread to make a sandwich.
3. beat an egg in a wide bowl and dip the sandwich in the egg.
4. make sure all the surface of the bread is coated with egg especially the sides (if the side are not coated with egg, the peanut butter will melt and leak out when you fry it).
5. pan fry it with low fire.
6. serve with honey and butter on top (best serve hot).
now you could make your own french toast without going to Old Town Cafe and paying for it... it taste almost the same... it's so simple to make...
