Palace of the Golden Horses

Last Friday my parents and I went to the Palace of the Golden Horses... and it was a nice experience... the purpose is to attend a dinner gala held by the Country Heights Grower Scheme (CHGS)... CHGS is a palm oil investment thingy... something like that la...

After class on Friday, I went back straight and we had lunch at Ayer Keroh... and we reach around 4pm dy... cause the road there was so many... fly over here and there... and we asked so many people... but actually it's quite easy... from Seri Kembangan tol... go straight and u-turn then go straight again... the hotel is on the right... is that easy...

This is the only golden horse I find...

Check in then went to our room... very nice and comfy indeed... it is what you expected from a five stars hotel... after resting for a while, we walk around the hotel... it's huge... although it has only 8 floors... but it has a lot of suites... and in the hotel... you could almost find horses every where... even in the toilet... hahaha...

The back of the hotel is covered by trees... so they made waterfalls...

There are a lot of this walls... it shows all the big shots that been to the hotel...

Because of the event... we had special deal on the room... only RM200 per night... normal price should be around RM500+ or so... so it's a deal that my dad say can't be missed out... how often do you have a chance to stay in a five stars hotel with such a good deal... and how often do you stay in hotel for no reasons... hahaha...

After walking around... around 7pm we went to the hall where the event is held... not much to talk about the event actually... there are some performance during the dinner... I took some pictures and videos... maybe in the next post...

PS: sorry for the delay... cause been very busy with classes and assignment... no time to update and edit photos...

Valentine's

On Wednesday, I really stayed at home the whole day doing proposal... wake up with a headache so din really start till around 2pm... that time the headache had gone away... started by searching online for information to trigger ideas on what to write... our topic is about the blogosphere... do till around 7pm, of course I had break in between... if not I'll die of brain dead... while writing the proposal, the headache came back... watch the computer screen too long till blur... but no choice... after I run out of ideas, sent to my group members... we do whole night long... I slept around 1am...

Wake up at 9am... din really sleep well that night... went to class from 11am to 10pm... but from 12pm to 5pm I had breaks... went out with Poingee to MP... not a date, like Yen said, accompany each other... we walk around and window shop... went opposite to Dataran to have coffee break at Old Town... the coffee damn sweet... we also went to the A'Famosa Fort... Poingee suggested... climb all the way up hill... too free I guess... even though proposal haven finish... hahaha...

Around 4.30pm we head back and I went to class from 5-7pm... had dinner at MMU corner and went to Poingee's house before my class at 8.30pm... I checked their proposal for them... just briefly for grammar mistakes... almost late for class and my bag spoiled... great huh... went straight home after class due to the 'Ti Gong' prayers... finalize the proposal Yen sent me... sleep at 2am...

Wake up 8am today cause have to pass up the proposal before 10am... went there at 9.30am with Poingee and Tzean... a pack of people waiting there dy... but the lecturer haven came... he came 10 minutes before 10am... and he want to see through our proposal... so have to go in one by one... dono people got class kah... freak! but what a relief the proposal is done and passed up...

Seven Days

New Year's Eve

Went to Merlimau for the praying...
at night had steamboat and barbecue...
my aunt prepared it every year...





First Day
Went to Merlimau in the morning for vegetarian food...
went visiting in Melaka...

Second Day
Went to Merlimau again...
but with old school mates...
four of us from Melaka started our journey...
went to other friends house in Merlimau...
total of 11 houses including mine...
in the middle of our journey...
we stop by our old primary school...
it sure has changed a lot...





Third Day
Went to Jasin, my mom's hometown...
all my aunts and uncle came back...
most are from KL...
in the evening while the grown ups have their plan...
we went to the park nearby...
it's been so many years...
we used to play there when we were little...



Around 4pm or so...
we left Jasin and went to Muar...
went visiting there...
came back around 9pm...
went out again with friends around 9.30pm...
went all the way to Tanjung Keling...
visited a friends house and crape till around 2am...
hahaha...



Fourth Day
Went out with a friend...
suppose to go visit a friend but wasn't in...
merayau makan angin...
then the friend got business...
so he sent me home...

Fifth Day
School started...
most people hasn't came back...
boring...

Sixth Day
Went to class form 1-3pm...
damn bored...
3 hours break and another class at 6-7...
lecturer came but was sick...
class canceled...
waited for TE students to finish class...
went visiting to Yen's house...
followed by my house...
and unsuspectingly Dexter's house...
balik tido...

Seventh Day
Wake up and decided to blog about this...
hasn't had a plan what to do...
most propably rot at home...
oh! proposal haven started...
freak...
